Great carwash, but the employees' high-pressure sales pitch to sign up for a monthly plan is super annoying. The carwash is open until 8:00 and the sales-pitch employees seem to leave around 5:00, so there is a window where you can buy a wash at the pump and not get hassled.

Inappropriate and overly aggressive car wash attendant encounter at Elm Grove location resulted in me having to back out of pay station and drive away. As I pulled in to the wash pay station for a single quick convenient wash on my way home from work on a busy Friday afternoon, my car was approached and halted by a teenage employee. She proceeded to insist I buy a package. I politely said no "not interested" three times, but she persisted, leaning in closer to my window. At this point she got aggressive asking, "where do you live?" I told her she was pushing too hard & I was leaving. She refused to tell me her first name when I asked, to reference to management, finally backing off & saying, "It don't matter". As I reversed my car to exit, she began filming me on her cell phone. The other teenage attendant yelled "then go somewhere else!" as they both laughed and stuck their tongues out with hand gestures. Avoid a hassle and harassment at this location. Disturbing.

I would say it gets it pretty clean, but it's not perfect. The Jillies Car wash on Rawson has a better dryer and it smells like candy. The soap does at that location. Sometimes the back does not get very clean and this time when I went through the Wash and wax my side mirror got pushed in with a scratch on it

Today I had the greatest experience at this Jilly’s location. My car had been egged pretty severely and frozen overnight. The manager and I had a good laugh at it while in line. I didn’t catch his name but thank you. He allowed me a second pass through the wash to get a good remaining chunk of the egg off. They even paused the car wash to take extra time in power washing the debris. A little vinegar and elbow grease took off the stubborn last bits. My car looks good as new!

Due to this car wash, I now have a razor sharp piece of trim that is bent. I was able to push it back but the bend is still in it and it isn't flush with my car. A piece of their brush is still stuck in it. The manager said that it couldn't be from their car wash and that my car must have had damage prior to going into the car wash. That is absolutely NOT the case. They will not accept responsibility for damage done to your vehicles, so I would highly recommend going elsewhere for car washes. Posting a sign that says they aren't responsible for any damage is their way of getting out of any responsibility for damage done to your vehicles. I refuse to be disrespected by the manager and will not go to this neighborhood facility for ANYTHING anymore.
